Precious stones are not objects, but living organisms with a conscious entity and strong power that absorb vibrations from the environment, from our thoughts and from our actions. That is why they often need a good cleaning in water, in the light of the sun or the moon. The basic cleaning is done with water. The ideal is the running water of a river. If this is not possible, it is enough to place it under the running water of a tap. The deepest cleaning is done by the sun or the moon, depending on the color of the stone. Red, orange and yellow stones are placed in an open space in a place where the sun's rays touch them as much as possible from sunrise to sunset. Black, gray, white, pink, green, light blue, blue and purple stones are placed in a place where the moon sees them as much as possible. Cleaning gemstones is absolutely necessary.
