Returns Policy – ​​elithoss.com

At elithoss.com we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to withdraw or cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation (Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

Return Pilicy

  • The product must be returned in excellent condition, without damage or signs of use, and with all its accessories/packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or are damaged cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (or invoice) is required to complete the process.

Return Process

  2. Pack the product carefully and send it to the following address:

  3. After checking the product, we will inform you whether or not the return is accepted and we will proceed with a refund or product exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to incorrect shipment or a defective product.
  • In the event of a defective product, elithoss.com fully assumes the replacement/return costs.
